Drink in the Love

This "Drink in the love" wedding was full of family, drinks and fun.  The couple selected Church of the Annunciation to be married in.  A beautiful church in DC.  Decor was simple & perfect.  The church was beautiful enough without adding too much.  A few pew bows with a single rose did the job.  Just enough.  She looked beautiful walking down the aisle with her mother towards her soon to be husband.  He grinned from ear to ear.  It was very touching.

The reception was held at the picturesque Sunset Hills Vineyard in Purcellville, VA.  With the lush vineyards and the unique venue this place was perfect for them.  It gave you almost a log cabin feeling on the inside.  With twinkle lights, different sized tables and the loft this place was perfect.  Intimate enough for everyone to feel special.  That's what they wanted,everyone to feel like they were a very important part of a very special day.  The love was apparent throughout the reception.  Everyone was there for the pure happiness and love of the couple.

They partied all through the night.  The dance floor was packed the entire night.  Everyone had an amazing time.  The bride brought black sneakers to change into.    Nothing like seeing a bride in a beautiful dress with sneakers getting her groove on.  We absolutely loved that!!

  With simple white tulip centerpieces with bright red wine linen, the decor was exquisite.  The cake was simple but elegant.  3 tiered cake with silver vine and  red grapes.  Beautiful and tasted great too.  The favors were delicious cookies baked by a close friend of theirs.  They were placed in little boxes with their names and wedding date on it.  So cute.  They also had wine stoppers for their guests.  What could be more fitting at a vineyard?

This couple is one of the sweetest couples we have ever met.  They were just great to work with.  We felt like part of the family by the end of the planning process.  Everything was so sentimental that wedding day; the toasts made us cry, the dances so sweet, the guest tons of fun.  Nothing stopped them from having a wedding that they will always remember.  Not even a little rain.  Drink in the love.
